1. Enrollment & Access

By enrolling in DMI Social Ads Mastery ("the Program"), you receive lifetime access to the 8-module video curriculum, resources, templates, and the DMI Partner Portal. Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Partner Program

Completion of the Program + participation in live training with Andrea Primo positions you to work with DMI on client campaigns. This is not employment; DMI Partners operate as independent contractors or future team members based on performance and mutual fit. DMI reserves the right to select partners for live client work.

3. Payments

All sales are final after 30 days. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. Contact collective@diversifiedmarketingintl.com for refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, swipe files, and DMI methodologies are proprietary. You may use them for your own client work and internal business but may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship.

5. Community & Conduct

The DMI Movement community and Partner Portal are professional environments. Harassment, spam, or sharing of paid materials outside the program will result in removal without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

DMI provides training and infrastructure. Results depend on your execution, market conditions, and client budgets. We do not guarantee specific revenue or client wins.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued access after updates constitutes acceptance.
